Protocol Fees (Revenues)

Ionic is a lending protocol that derives its main revenue from the interest paid by borrowers or earned by lenders.

By default, 10% of all interest paid is distributed to the treasury.

Protocol revenue sources:

  • Lenders's interest fees

  • Liquidation penalty fees
